Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Mino account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting privacy support.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Mino.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Account.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Email request

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@getminoapp.com from the email address connected to your Mino account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What deletion means

Deleting your account removes your account record and associated personal data unless we are legally required to keep limited records. If deletion is manual or takes time to complete, we will tell you how long it will take and confirm when it is done.
