Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use Mino Health, including the Mino mobile app, website, account features, educational content, tracking tools, and AI-assisted features.

Medical boundary

Mino is not a healthcare provider. Mino does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, sell peptides, recommend sources, or replace a licensed medical professional. Always talk to a qualified clinician before starting, changing, stopping, or combining any peptide, medication, supplement, or health protocol.

1. Acceptance

By using Mino, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Mino.

2. Eligibility

Mino is intended for adults 18 and older. You may not use Mino if you are under 18 or if your use would violate laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Educational and tracking use only

Mino helps you organize user-entered routines, schedules, inventory, logs, reflections, and educational questions. Mino does not verify that a protocol is safe, legal, appropriate, or effective for you.

You are responsible for all decisions you make based on information you enter into or view in Mino.

5. AI-assisted features

Ask Mino and other AI-assisted features may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. AI output is for educational and organizational support only. Do not use AI output as medical advice, dosing instruction, emergency guidance, or a substitute for clinician judgment.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use Mino to seek, buy, sell, source, distribute, or promote illegal or controlled substances.
Do not use Mino to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm another person.
Do not attempt to interfere with Mino's systems, security, API, data, or service availability.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

If Mino offers paid features through the App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under the rules shown at the time of purchase. Mino may change available features, pricing, or plans, but paid changes will follow applicable App Store requirements.

8. Privacy and health data

Our handling of account information, health-related entries, logs, and technical data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion as described on the Delete Account page and inside the app.

9. Intellectual property

Mino, the Mino name, product design, website, app, educational content, and related materials belong to Mino Health or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse Mino except where allowed by law or by written permission.

10. Availability and changes

Mino may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mino after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Mino is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mino disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for medical, health, legal, regulatory, or purchasing decisions made by users.
